The Traineeship 

Our two-year traineeship puts you straight to work on challenging projects with our clients. You'll learn how to support organisations with their key issues and how to make tangible improvements to collaboration. An experienced colleague will mentor you and help you develop in your role. Beyond your practical work, you'll attend training sessions and take part in inspiring workshops and events with your fellow GroupMapping colleagues.
