For some activities a selection of participants has to be made. To get selected, it is firstly important that you upload your CV and anonymized CV. Companies will choose students who suit their preferred job profiles and wishes best based on the anonymized CVs. The CVs are anonymized to keep the selection fair and objective.
Your anonymized CV may NOT include: Profile photo, Name, Gender, Date of birth, Birthplace, Nationality, Phone number, (email) address, Social media or any other information that can make the selection subjective or can be used by a company to contact you.
Yes, you do not have to remove the dates of your education/experience.
Most likely, the reason why your CV does not upload on the website is because the document is not in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF (.pdf) format. Make sure you upload your CV in one of these formats.
Since some activities are CV selected it is important that your resume is the best it can be. In order to help you with that, we can recommend the Career Set online CV check: https://careerset.com/account-login .
