SHV originated in 1896 in the Netherlands from a merger between a number of large coal trading companies. After the decline of coal as the primary source of energy, halfway through the twentieth century, SHV decided to diversify and move into other business areas.

Now, SHV is a family-owned, decentralized company active in energy distribution, cash-and-carry wholesale, heavy lifting and transport activities, animal nutrition and aquafeed, providing private equity, testing, inspection and certification (TIC) and exploration, development and production of oil and gas through its seven companies: SHV Energy, Makro, Mammoet, Nutreco, NPM, Kiwa and ONE-Dyas. SHV is present in 75 countries on all continents.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for graduates who are curious by nature, open to discovering where their strengths can take them, and motivated to shape their own path.
Education & Experience
Final-year students and recent graduates of Master’s degree in Business, Management,
Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Up to one year of relevant
(work) experience.
Mobility
Internationally mobile, with a strong willingness to relocate and build a global, cross-border
career. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are available in line with program
requirements.
