About the Speaker:
Annerie Vreugdenhil is a leader who likes to challenge the status quo and is
passionate about driving innovation. After earning her Law degree from the
University of Amsterdam, Annerie began her career at British Petroleum
Maatschappij Nederland before moving on to the financial industry. She gained
extensive experience at Nederlandse Credietbank and held several significant
leadership roles at ING, including Head of Commercial Banking, Head of ING Neo
and Chief Innovation Officer. In 2022, she joined ABN AMRO as an Executive Board
member and Chief Commercial Officer for Personal & Business Banking.
Annerie leads ABN AMRO’s largest client department, serving over five million retail
and SME clients. She thrives in dynamic environments, and her leadership has led to
exciting initiatives, including the launch of neobank BUUT, the acquisition of
neobroker BUX and the intended acquisition of NIBC.
During her keynote session at the Amsterdam Career Days 2026, Annerie will share
